All fees and any ongoing costs will be clearly explained and agreed with you before we proceed
Conflicts of Interest
We maintain processes to ensure your interests are prioritised at all times.

We operate under a service agreement with Consilium NZ for investment support

Complaints and Disputes Resolution
If you are dissatisfied with our financial advice service, you can make a complaint by emailing admin@centralfp.co.nz by calling 03 448 8613

We aim to acknowledge your complaint within one week

We aim to resolve your complaint satisfactorily by providing you with a response within 21 days
If this is not possible, further communication may take place, either formally or by direct discussion with you if we are unable to resolve your complaint, we will provide you with details of our Disputes Resolution Service, which is Financial Services Complaints Ltd (FSCL) – a Financial Ombudsman Service. FSCL has been approved by the Minister of Consumer Affairs under the Financial Service Providers (Registration and Dispute Resolution) Act 2008. FSCL’s service is free of charge to you.
