While we are committed to maintaining a high standard of data protection, no system can be completely secure. We encourage you to take care with your personal login details, such as passwords, and to contact us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access.

Cloud-Based Services and International Transfers

Your information is stored securely in Microsoft Azure cloud environments. In some cases, data may be processed or accessed from overseas. Where this occurs, we ensure that equivalent levels of privacy protection are in place and only use providers that meet international security standards.

Data Retention

We retain your personal information for at least seven years from the date of last engagement, in line with legal and regulatory obligations. After this time, information is securely destroyed or anonymised.

If a privacy breach occurs, we will act promptly to contain the breach, assess the risk, and notify:

  • The Office of the Privacy Commissioner (if the breach is notifiable under the Act)
