Central Financial Planning Limited (FSP745331) holds a Financial Advice Provider license issued by the Financial Markets Authority to provide financial advice. The following advisers are authorised under this license to provide financial advice:

What We Do 

We offer comprehensive financial planning advice to empower you to make confident, informed, and wise decisions about your financial future. Our services cover:

We collaborate with your legal, accounting, and insurance advisers to ensure well-rounded guidance tailored to your circumstances. Our investment solutions include KiwiSaver among other options.

Fees and Charges

  • Initial Meeting: No charge.

  • Financial Planning Fee: Covers time and research for preparing a comprehensive Financial Plan. The fee will be discussed and consented to before proceeding.

  • Ongoing Fees:

    • Charged monthly in arrears and deducted from your portfolio.

    • For KiwiSaver, adviser fees are paid by our recommended KiwiSaver providers and are part of their management fee.

  • One-Off Advice or Consultancy: Hourly or fixed charges agreed upon prior to commencement.

As financial advisers, we adhere to the obligations outlined in the Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013, ensuring our advice is:

  • Client-Centric: Giving priority to your interests.

  • Professional: Exercising care, diligence, and skill.

  • Competent: Meeting standards of competence, knowledge, and skill as per the Code of Professional Conduct for Financial Advice Services.

Our Duties

Conflicts of Interest

  • To ensure your interests are prioritised, we follow a fiduciary advice process. Our measures include:

  • Annual training for advisers on conflict management.

  • A Service Level Agreement with Consilium NZ Limited for professional support and global investment advisory services. Central Financial Planning pays a monthly fee for these services.

  • Transparency: Brent Wilson, as a Director and shareholder, may benefit from declared dividends.

  • Maintaining registers for conflicts of interest, gifts, and incentives.

  • Conducting annual compliance audits and reviews.

We value your feedback and are committed to resolving any dissatisfaction promptly

Internal Complaints Process:

We will review your complaint and discuss proposed resolutions, possibly seeking more information.

You will be contacted via phone or email with the outcome and resolution plan.

Our aim is to resolve complaints within 10 working days. If more time is needed, we will inform you of the delay and next steps.

Independent Dispute Resolution:
